Briarcliff welcomes visitors and volunteers into the school.  The children benefit from family involvement.  Once the school year is underway, families are welcome to eat with their children during their lunch time as well as participate in the many opportunities available in the classroom and the PTA.

In order to ensure a safe environment for Briarcliff students, all parents and visitors MUST check in at the front office and sign in whenever entering the school. Using the computer at the front office desk,  it will print a visitors/volunteer badge that must be worn before walking around the campus or entering buildings.

In order to better organize volunteers and to improve student safety, Wake County Public Schools require all VOLUNTEERS to register or re-register at a Wake County School.   There are computers available during the school day in the media center to allow volunteers to register.  It is very simple and only takes a couple of minutes.
